OUTRIGGER- Attach the outrigger line directly to the attaching bar of the anti fouling clip. No swivels are needed. Wrap your knot with tape so no loose ends will foul your fishing line. To hook your fishing line in the clip, first open the release arm, lay the fishing line over the arm, then close the arm. Adjust the adjusting screw for the desired tension required for the size bait you are trolling.
