We are offering standard delivery in the UAE. It usually takes between 2 to 5 business days for the package to reach its destination within the UAE.
Free delivery for all orders over AED 350 in the UAE (except Cash on Delivery)
Customers are often provided with a tracking number, allowing them to monitor the progress of their shipment.
International orders
We are delivering to all GCC countries. We provide a competitive delivery experience for our customers. For all international shipments outside the UAE.
The recipient is responsible for any handling fees, customer duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. It usually takes 3–7 business days for a package to reach its destination. (If it takes more time, you will be informed by the responsible courier company.)
The minimum order amount for international orders is AED 500.
Free delivery for all orders over AED 1200 for international orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is a popular payment option for online purchases. Cash on Delivery allows customers to pay in cash when they receive their order, providing a secure and straightforward payment method. Delivery charges are usually included in the total amount to be paid upon delivery.
The maximum limit on COD is AED 2500.
We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can return items shipped from us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
i) The return must be within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
ii) The delivered product must not be damaged.
iii) The delivered item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
iv) The product needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
There must be valid reasons to return the product.

*) Damaged or deficient product or poor quality
*) The wrong product is received instead of the one ordered.

iii) Return Approval : Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
iv) Return Shipment : Ship the product back to us following the provided instructions.

*) The recipient bears the return shipping costs.
*) Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*) If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
i) Once you receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
ii) We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
iii) If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
iv) Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit or to a bank account.
v) Instead of a refund, you may opt to receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Here’s our policy to guide you through the process:
Order cancellation
*) You can cancel your order on the same day you place it before it is shipped.
*) To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at sales@alshahamamarine.com or contact us through the website.
*) We do not charge any charges if the order has not been dispatched for delivery.
*) After dispatching the courier, the recipient wants to cancel the order. We will process a refund, and 10% of the total invoice value will be deducted in the case of an online or card payment. If the recipient selects the COD option, they will have to pay a delivery charge to the courier partner.
i) If your order is eligible for cancellation and you have already made a payment, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
ii) Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
